When steel needs to be made, modified, or strengthened to suit on-site conditions, Rigsafe delivers fabrication and welding support that keeps work under control. Fabrication is completed at our High Wycombe yard (10,000 m²), so components arrive ready to install.

Projects change, and constraints tighten once work is underway. Rigsafe is engaged to deliver practical steel solutions that remove friction, whether that means strengthening existing steelwork, producing custom supports, or preparing assemblies off-site so installation runs cleaner.

Workshop accuracy with site-ready support.

Fabrication and welding are delivered by qualified boilermakers and welders under ISO-certified systems, with the right QA and inspections for the job. We do as much as possible off-site, so steel arrives ready to install, and the site stays clear. When conditions change on site, on-site welding support enables quick adjustments so work keeps moving.

On the day, the team arrived early, were welcoming, and clearly explained everything that was going to happen. Lifting multiple pieces of furniture to the seventh floor in South Perth was handled with great care and precision, and was genuinely impressive to watch.
